Current Aircraft Tax Incentives (2025)

Under the “One Big Beautiful Bill” (OBBB Act), aircraft placed in service on or after January 20, 2025 qualify for 100% bonus depreciation. This means buyers can write off the full cost of even pre-owned jets in the first year—great for business owners and jet operators.
